Telesales Manager

Telesales Manager, Hertfordshire, £45,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance + Great Benefits
Our client an incredibly established and multinational business is looking to introduce a telesales team into their UK operations base to cover Pan-European business potential. This is a new planned project and as such needs an individual of high calibre to ensure success.

To be considered for this role you must have extensive telesales management experience. What is key is the ability to manage a full telesales cycle including staff management, recruitment, development and obviously sales. Within this role you will be a mentor to new members and a driver of the existing team. This role will come with great responsibility and is an excellent opportunity to make your mark within a managerial position.

Experience should include:

+ Proven experience within a fast paced sales environment
+ Excellent managerial experience and proof of staff recruitment and development
+ Experience of dealing with European Clients
+ Previous experience of dealing with distributors
