International Business Development Manager, North America. £35,000 Basic + OTE £60,000 Uncapped + Excellent Benefits. An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Sales professional to join an international Loyalty & Reward organisation that is expanding its North American desk. This comes off the back of continued 'recession beating' growth over the past 3 years. You will be tasked with developing key relationships and winning 'big ticket' deals with Corporates within the Hospitality and Leisure industry across the North American continent and will involve travel.

Based from their West London offices you will be targeting potential Clients in New York, Florida, Las Vegas, Quebec to name but a few, developing key working relationships across multiple sites. These are big ticket contracts you will be negotiating and will require realistically 2 weeks travel to North America every quarter, presenting to senior level contacts.

To be considered for this opportunity you will be able to demonstrate and prove a minimum of 4 years sales experience and hitting targets in a business development environment with a specific focus on senior level contacts and managing "big ticket" contracts. Personality is the key to this role, with friends and colleagues describing you as confident, full of energy, professional, organised, focussed and with a fun sense of humour!
