Telesales Manager - Tax Consultancy - Bristol - 40k basic 100k OTE
Aaron Wallis is currently recruiting a Telesales Manager for a worldwide leading business who provide tax efficient consulting to the corporate marketplace. Based in Bristol you will be part of highly entrepreneurial and growing organisation and be responsible for the performance of a team of internal consultants so you will need to be a strong team leader who has proven ability in a similar role within a business to consumer sales environment.
You will need to be well educated with a strong desire to earn a six figure salary but be a team player at the same time. Targets will be set by you so you will need to set realistic but challenging KPI's to ensure the team achieves the required revenues in line with the company's expectations.
