Support group in Wiltshire to help sales recruitment applicants

People wanting to apply for sales recruitment jobs in Wiltshire will be given a helping hand after a new support group was set up.

The BBC reported that The Front Room will give advice to sales jobs applicants on how to write a killer CV, ways to put themselves across best in an interview and techniques on how to fill in job applications.

Users of the service will also be encouraged to share skills and experiences with other sales recruitment hopefuls, while debt counselling will be available.

Reverend Angela Overton Benge, a member of The Front Room, told the source that while the group cannot provide jobs for people, it can offer much needed help.

"But what we want to do is make people feel much better about themselves, [tell them] that they're not on the scrapheap and they do have skills they can use. We've been given computers so people can write a CV or job applications," she added.

Last month, Chippenham People reported that more than 50 young people in Wiltshire have found employment through the Future Jobs Fund since October last year.
